VVSB (Voetbal Vereniging Sint Bavo) is an amateur association football club from Noordwijkerhout, Netherlands. It currently plays in the Derde Divisie.
History
The club was founded on October 26, 1931 and has played exclusively at the amateur level throughout its history. The club competed in the Hoofdklasse league in the 2009–10 season, finishing in fifth place in the Sunday A group and earning promotion to the newly established Topklasse league for the inaugural 2010–11 season through playoffs.
In 2016, VVSB became the first amateur side to qualify for the KNVB Cup Semifinals in 41 years by knocking out FC Den Bosch.
In 2023, VVSB qualified for the Tweede Divisie promotion playoffs.
Η VVSB Σιντ Μπάβο είναι ολλανδική ποδοσφαιρική ομάδα με έδρα το Νόορντβαϊκερχάουτ της Νότιας Ολλανδίας. Η ομάδα ιδρύθηκε το 1894 και αγωνίζεται στην Tweede Divisie, το τρίτο επίπεδο στο ολλανδικό σύστημα ποδοσφαιρικών πρωταθλημάτων. Η VVSB ιδρύθηκε στις 18 Μαρτίου 1894 από μια ομάδα ανδρών από το Noordwijkerhout. Αρχικά ονομαζόταν RKSV Noordwijkerhout, αλλά το όνομα άλλαξε σε VVSB το 1919. Η ομάδα έπαιξε αρχικά σε τοπικά πρωταθλήματα, αλλά ανέβηκε στις εθνικές κατηγορίες τη δεκαετία του 1950. Η VVSB έπαιξε στο υψηλότερο επίπεδο του ολλανδικού ποδοσφαίρου, την Eredivisie, για μία σεζόν το 1959-60. Η ομάδα κέρδισε το πρωτάθλημα της Eerste Divisie το 1992 και το 2001 και κέρδισε το KNVB Cup το 1993.
